During 2017, Kolak Snack Foods has successfully passed 14 audits which were announced and unannounced.

The audits cover the safety of the product specially management of raw material supplier, HACCP, personnel, facility, process, NPD, training, senior management commitment, hygiene, pest control, integrity of the product etc. Our food safety system is based on HACCP and Kolak Snack Foods is one of the few company in UK who maintained HACCP certificate with Campden BRI since 2014.

Kolak Snack Foods has been visited unannounced by the  local environment health officer and after visit- Ealing council issued a letter of appreciation which states that they will not visit the company for at least 3 years due to excellent food safety management system in place.
All the above achievements are due to team work approach and by creating SME for each area who liaise with centre of excellence to get hand on latest industry best practices.

We are proud to say that our plants are BRC, AIB, Soil Association (organic), Camden BRI, Sedex and Kosher certified.
